State Partnerships Lead Jobs

At times, you will work collaboratively to develop plans for external partner events and provide project management support for Nike's engagement

You will manage and identify opportunities to improve our internal operating model and partnership governance

Bachelor's degree in a related field or combination of relevant experience and training (e.g. business, sustainability, public policy, marketing and communications)

Minimum of 4 years of experience managing external partnerships or stakeholder relationships, preferably with a background in sustainability

Experience working in a corporate environment, or with corporate partners or clients

Knowledge of corporate sustainability strategies and practices

10+ years of experience in an education sales-driven, quality-oriented organization

Knowledge and experience with adoption policies and processes and working with legislative officials.

Work closely with the State Board of Education to understand and influence state adoption criteria and the submission and review process.

Acts as an advisor regarding market trends affecting current and potential product offerings.

Proven experience networking with and influencing decision-makers within our customer accounts.

Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships

2+ years of project management and/or community manager (or similar role) experience

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Bezzy Guide and Ambassador Program Management

Manage Bezzy Community Guides, including but not limited to:

Manage Bezzy Guide budget and review and approve Bezzy Guide invoices

Experience managing and leading teams, ideally in a remote setting.

Strong interpersonal and community-building skills and experience stewarding and establishing mutually beneficial relationships.

Knowledge of and applied experience in diversity, equity and inclusion practices as part of designing and implementing projects and managing relationships.
