Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to ensure that end products meet customer requirements

10+ years of experience in memory design and development

Experience with microprocessors and RISC-V based systems

HQ is located in the Bay Area - occasional travel may be required based on qualifications

Develop the architecture and micro-architecture memory systems for microprocessors and RISC-V based systems

Lead designs and implementation of memory subsystems – caches and coherence protocols, DD and HBM memory controller architecture, and on-chip interconnects

Provide project management and support for the design, creation and revision of HSS activities such as trainings and supportive supervision visits

Participates fully as a member of R4D by contributing, assisting and participating in projects, activities, and initiatives as requested by management

University degree in relevant professional field (public health, management, economics, political science, public policy, international affairs)

Support the translation, dissemination and use of knowledge products

Experienced collaborating with partners to provide technical assistance and implement program activities

Experience working with USAID-funding programs, including experience collaborating with USAID Headquarters and Mission offices

Conduct comprehensive, independent compliance assurance reviews of environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures; prepare accompanying management reports, documentation, and evaluations.

Ability to maintain current knowledge of and interpret specific government agency requirements (statutes, regulations, licenses, and permits) and university policies.

Working knowledge of the scientific and technical aspects of various regulatory requirements and potential impact on assigned work area(s).

Knowledge of accelerator systems such as cavities, operations slash design, diagnostics, and detectors.

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years' experience, or master’s degree and 6+ years' experience, or a PhD and 2+ years experience.

Experience in accelerator related institution solving complex problems and contributing to the development of new designs and concepts in accelerator systems

Well proven experience in impedance analysis and collective effects simulations.
