This Headstream Senior Program Associate will support the Senior Program Manager on strategic direction and implementation of The Headstream Accelerator: our flagship program supporting 20 early-stage startups in the digital health, ed-tech, and social tech sectors to build culturally competent youth digital mental wellbeing products.

  • Jump in and bring your ideas to the design of the Accelerator program and Youth Programming, which will launch this year.

We are currently a fully remote team with members in Oakland, Portland, San Diego, and New York City. Occasional evening work may be required due to the national scope. This role may require periodic domestic travel. The candidate must be comfortable working in a mid-sized organization where initiative, fresh ideas, collaboration and commitment are valued and rewarded.

Expectations

  • Growth of Headstream’s network of partners and collaborators, expanding our ability to influence health and education systems
  • Effectively collaborate with the Accelerator Program Manager and other Headstream team members to advance strategic objectives and client relationships
