They are currently looking for a Design leader to join the team of passionate engineers pioneering this breakthrough technology.

Role:

• Lead designs and implementation of memory subsystems – caches and coherence protocols, DD and HBM memory controller architecture, and on-chip interconnects
• Verify accuracy by conducting high-level performance modeling and analysis of hardware features and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to ensure that end products meet customer requirements
• Engineer the integration of crossbar memory subsystems to increase memory bandwidth and decrease latency in high-performance computing systems, embedded systems, and other applications demanding high memory performance
• Specify, design, and implement memory systems, including memory components, memory interfaces, and verified memory controllers
• Develop the architecture and micro-architecture memory systems for microprocessors and RISC-V based systems

Qualifications:

• Startup mindset
• BS/MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• HQ is located in the Bay Area - occasional travel may be required based on qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in memory design and development
• Experience with microprocessors and RISC-V based systems
