About the Ambition Accelerator
Last year, the Taco Bell Foundation and Ashoka joined forces to accelerate young innovators’ most ambitious social impact ideas. Together, we launched a brand-new social impact accelerator program to support young entrepreneurs as they kick-start their boldest ideas for good.
The Ambition Accelerator program has three components: (1) the Online Challenge which invites applications from youth, ages 16-26 in the US and India, who have an idea to enact change in their communities or the world; (2) the Review and Selection process, which engages the Taco Bell system as reviewers, and (3) a culminating Summit where we invite finalists to build a community with each other and pitch their game-changing ideas for a chance to win the grand prize.
About the Job:
This role will manage the execution of the program and be the primary liaison between the project team at Ashoka and the marketing, social and creative teams at Taco Bell Corp. This is a full-time position, starting immediately. Some travel is required.
The Day-to-Day:
Our ideal candidate is experienced at managing large-scale projects of this kind and is a fantastic communicator who thrives on cross-functional teamwork. The ideal candidate can bring order to multiple workstreams, competing timelines and multiple stakeholders, clarifies roles and expectations, and drives forward deliverables with a positive attitude.
The Associate Analyst supports the Ambition Accelerator program from the beginning of the Online Challenge, through the Review process, and until the end of the in-person Summit and Pitch Day experience, working under the guidance of the Programs & Partnerships Manage. These phases include the design phase, outreach and recruitment phase, application processing and cohort selection phase, the deployment of the major program components, the ongoing engagement of prize recipients, as well as assessment of program KPIs.

- A proven record of effective project management.
- You’re a master planner and capacity builder. You know how to operationalize program strategy and develop the plans, processes and people to execute, ensuring the program runs smoothly and goals are met.
- You are adaptable, strategic and agile. You naturally anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into program plans, and when things (inevitably) don’t go according to plan -- you know how to roll with the punches.
- Creative, motivated, and thrives in fast-paced and collaborative environments
- Highly collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork. You naturally build strong relationships and establish credibility with a wide range of leaders and employees across the organization as a trusted colleague.
- Skilled at creating and managing workback plans and timelines
- Ideally, experience working with entrepreneurs, founders and investors
- A proven track record of building relationships with people from different teams and backgrounds
- Basic understanding of budgets and finance
- You are an exceptional communicator. You know how to bring together people of all audiences
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills are required including verbal and written skills
- Ability to nimbly manage multiple projects and deadlines is a must.
- Experience supporting start-ups and small business development a plus
- Ability to keep a team on track and ensure everyone is putting forward quality work in a collaborative fashion
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- BS/BA
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience as Program Coordinator or similar role

Salary Range: $66,600 to $90,720 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
