Required Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience.

5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience.

2+ years experience in Managed Care

Communicates and collaborates with customers to analyze and transform needs and goals into functional requirements.

Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio.

In-depth knowledge of the principles and practices of program management

Managing program resources and assisting with program budget management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify critical issues, determine causes and offer solutions

Familiarity with project management tools and software (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet)

Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industries or academic settings

Strong organizational and planning skills

7+ years of experience guiding strategy and execution in an L&D or HR program/project management role

Excellent communication skills, with experience marketing and branding learning initiatives

Collaborate on and develop program strategy for various manager development initiatives with other Technical Learning & Development team members

Establish a program strategy for our Tech Learning Labs, helping to expand the offering and deliver it at scale

Manage our Scaled Coaching program in partnership with vendors

Demonstrated ability to manage several programs and initiatives at once, executing against a broad roadmap

In conjunction with Nursing, Medical and Quality Leadership, coordinates educational and performance improvement activities within a designated clinical specialty.

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is required. Masters in Nursing or health related field is preferred. Certification in specialty area preferred.

Develops, maintains and reconciles departmental budget with financial responsibility and oversight for department or division.

Oversees the collection, compilation, and analysis of clinical program activity data to evaluate clinical performance and competence.

Serves as a clinical role model and resource to the nursing staff.

Provides timely status reports of results of assignments including identification of patterns and trends that require actions.

5+ years of relevant experience, including project and/or program management experience

Communicates regularly with key stakeholders in Enterprise Analytics and Network Management to ensure alignment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Presents updates and provides education to internal and external customers based on changes to the metrics that impact the overall program.

Works with internal teams to establish, communicate and negotiate deadlines on data deliverables.

Collaborates with internal teams to identify quality goals and priorities and establish business owners.

Experience creating technology roadmaps and considering business requirements

Digital workplace tool management expertise: management tools, techniques, monitoring and integration

Support the analysis of business processes and functional requirements for the various Collaboration applications

Represent Collaboration Products and communicate vision, benefits and roadmap to internal stakeholders, leaders as well as external partners, as needed

Manage Collaboration Product dependencies and identify opportunities to streamline processes

Report and manage third partner application feature requests, enhancements, known errors, bugs and deficiencies

7+ years of technical program management experience

Minimum of a B.A. or B.S.; PMP certification or related technical discipline experience preferred

Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your team

Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly

Experience leading technology, marketing, and/or science investments across multiple products or business lines from conception to delivery

Demonstrated ability to lead execution across highly ambiguous, complex programs, with experience in making tradeoffs
