Candidates must have 10+ years’ experience working on space related programs, technologies and/or products

Experience as a Business Development lead with one or more of the following, Army, Air & Space, DHS, etc

An understanding of sales and business development methodology, requirements development, and an aptitude for milestone-based capture process

Helping to develop capture and win strategies including business solution for pursuit

Maintains knowledge of current literature, trends, developments and codes in the field of architectural, furniture and interior design.

Reads, analyzes and interprets architectural drawings, blueprints, documents, contracts and contractual requirements and relates drawings to construction operations.

Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead worker.

Conduct personal visits to furniture/construction projects to monitor progress with contractors.

Develops and manages standard checklists for space management, project management, and relocations. (5%)

Portfolio management – Data Accuracy

Manage and analyze IWMS space data to insure it accurately reflects current occupancy, layout, and attributes of each building.

Support the development and issuing of reports as directed. Define data requirements.

Communicate with property management, construction management, tenant and brokerage

Point of contact for new space plan requests from Brokerage and Property Management

Attend building development meetings with building and project management as team leader to determine action steps required next by team

Knowledge of applicable of city codes and accessibility requirements.

Provide documentation on current status of projects to Design Team Manager

3+ years of AutoCAD experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Identify, develop, and implement space management category management education and help to develop tools used in development of schematics projects

You have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (3+ years) with space management

Increase analyst efficiency through development and implementation of effective space management strategies and processes

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and four years job-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Actively manages and communicates facility work request status and outlook to both internal and external stakeholders.

Interfaces with clients on specific facility requirements for equipment installation/move in or move out.

Experience with complex building and laboratory system operations.

Experience with setting up diverse lab environments including working with high pressure gases & cryogens.

Update SOPs and other Space Management documents when required.
