As a Space & Business Management Analyst, you will support our Kellogg snack’s business at Shoprite. Using your solid understanding of the shopper you will help us to execute category and shelving strategies in alignment with Kellogg and our customer’s priorities. Because consumers are at the heart of everything we create, you will develop innovative retailer solutions based on consumer and shopper insights to drive Kellogg USA goals and objectives. • Collaboration – We are looking to you to work closely with Shoprite buyers and space planning teams.
• Lead Perfect Shelf Initiatives – In this role, you’ll provide recommended planogram placement of new items and Perfect Shelf initiatives utilizing Spaceman and insights. You will analyze and communicate planogram changes and continue to work towards best in class shelving principles. You will be supporting the innovation process, delivering improvements in average item count to negotiated growth targets. Our perfect shelf starts with you.
• Analysis and Insights – With a good eye, you will analyze sales data and deliver regular briefings. You will uncover business insights and sales opportunities that will accelerate category growth, support analytical ad-hoc data deep-dive requests, and monitor competitive activity, recommending solutions to grow the category and Kellogg’s business.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Space Management Program experience with JDA, Apollo or Spaceman
• CPG industry or related experience
• AC Nielsen/dunnhumby or Panel experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Customer interaction experience
• Motor vehicle history with 2 or less moving violations within the last 36 months
• Ability to collaborate with retailer on-site and maintain confidentiality.
