Advanced MS PowerPoint knowledge and experience

Utilize experience in All Source Intelligence Analysis, to work independently on an assigned program account

Leverage knowledge of research, development, engineering, and/or the federal acquisition process to evaluate and advise leadership and stake holders

Reference extensive experience in gathering and assessing data from a wide variety of sources

Must have 4 years of All Source, LE, or CI Analytic experience within a DoD environment preforming the functions below:

Utilize experience gathering and assessing data from a wide variety of sources

2+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis in foreign air, space, or cyberspace supply chain or acquisition intelligence

Knowledge of IC databases and their role in aiding all-source analysis

Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools

Experience with Python, Tableau, or SQL

Knowledge of a foreign language

2 – 5 years of technical analysis experience.

Experience in intelligence analysis, strategic planning, system operations, or command and control architecture.

Strong organizational and written communication skills.

Identify broad range of threats to Department of Defense (DoD) installations, sites, infrastructure, and assets.

Coordinate vulnerability assessment activities including pre-site surveys, on-site assessment activity, and post-assessment briefings.

Collaborate with Blue Team members on assessment activities.

Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.

Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, cyber, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

Assess foreign state and non-state activities, programs and capabilities, to include, intentions, capabilities, research and development, tactics, and operational activities.

Supports the development, execution, and refinement of USSPACECOM counter-space warning problems and associated indicators.

Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.

At least 5 years’ demonstrated experience in All Source Intelligence Analysis for DoD.

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

Conducting all-source research, predictive analysis, production and dissemination of intelligence (Both written and oral presentation formats).

Researching, interpreting, evaluating, and integrating all-source information to assess the relevance and significance of developments in the assigned area.

Developing IA-derived action plans, papers, reports, and other products

Participating in interagency and/or multinational meetings and conferences in order to present and receive mission-related functional information.

Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.

Meets all qualifications and skills of a Junior, plus:

Senior Intelligence Targeting Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Identifying requirements and providing recommendations to fill knowledge gaps impacting missions directly related to tactical, operational, and strategic levels of operation.

Supporting OSINT/PAI capabilities interface between service, national, and coalition customers within a defined area of responsibility.

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience serving in a Command, Component, Task Force operational or tactical unit.

Senior Intelligence Targeting Analyst Responsibilities Include:

Interfacing with intelligence organizations to produce analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, HUMINT and exploitation operations, and threat analysis.

BA/BS degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, or management preferred

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Understand the full S2P (AP) cycle to quickly identify the source of bottlenecks, problems, and drive issues to resolution

Research, analyze, coordinate, and respond to incoming inquiries regarding status of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.

-BA/BS degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, or management preferred

All Source Intelligence Analyst Expert Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Minimum of eight (8) years of intelligence experience in the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense.

Five (5) years intelligence experience with analysis, reporting, and briefing.

Five (5) years of experience utilizing Intelligence Community databases, programs, and software.

Expert knowledge of intelligence principles and concepts to monitor and anticipate probable contingencies and threats.

All Source Intelligence Analyst Expert Responsibilities Include:

3+ years of experience as an analyst or targeter in the US intelligence community (IC)

Knowledge of the intelligence community (IC)

Experience with foreign material acquisition and exploitation
