Your Impact:


Jacobs is looking for an All Source Intelligence Analyst CI/HUMINT Mid to support its SPACECOM program in Colorado Springs, CO. Ideal candidate will:

  • Supports the development, execution, and refinement of USSPACECOM counter-space warning problems and associated indicators.
  • Assess foreign state and non-state activities, programs and capabilities, to include, intentions, capabilities, research and development, tactics, and operational activities.
  • Assesses the impact or potential effects on USSPACECOM systems, infrastructure, and data of adversary activity, command and control processes, networks, and technologies.
  • Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
  • Develops insights into the components, structures, use, and vulnerabilities of foreign space and counter-space systems. Assesses foreign military operations, strategy and doctrine.
  • Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, cyber, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

Here’s What You’ll Need:


Meets all qualifications and skills of a Junior, plus:

  • For analysts, demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • For analysts, provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. For analysts, uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.

Desired Requirements:

  • Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Typical salary range for this position is $105K to $110K and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
