All Source Targeting Analyst
The Opportunity:

As an all source targeting analyst, you use your specialized targeting and analytic methodology experience and your attention to detail to develop targeting leads and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security.
As an all source targeting analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their mission environment. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, OSINT, and other sources of information. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for a wide range of customers. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in furthering your analytic and targeting expertise, and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have:
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst or targeter in the US intelligence community (IC)
- Ability to summarize information based on analysis of data from disparate sources and make quick recommendations for next steps
- Ability to interact with various IC partners daily
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of the intelligence community (IC)
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with U.S. Army
- Experience with CENTCOM equities
- Ability to network across several components and organizations to support a variety of projects
- Master’s degree
- Ability to interact with various IC partners daily
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-concurrent tasks
- Experience with foreign material acquisition and exploitation
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
