All Source Intelligence Analyst

Seeking All Source Intelligence Analysts to support the JTF-N. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:

• Developing IA-derived action plans, papers, reports, and other products
• Participating in interagency and/or multinational meetings and conferences in order to present and receive mission-related functional information.
• Conducting senior level drafting, editing, review, and presentation of JTF-N all source-intelligence products on TCOs and their activities.
• Operating computer-based analysis systems and tools, and use a variety of analytical applications, computer systems, software, and ancillary equipment.
• Analyzing national and theater source data, to include, Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT), Financial Intelligence (FININT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT).
• Researching, interpreting, evaluating, and integrating all-source information to assess the relevance and significance of developments in the assigned area.
• Conducting all-source research, predictive analysis, production and dissemination of intelligence (Both written and oral presentation formats).

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
This is an onsite IA position at the Consulate in Matamoros Mexico
Selected applicant will live in Brownsville Tx (Vicinity) and travel to/from consulate daily.
Active TS/SCI
Demonstrate fluency in technical and conversational Spanish (DLPT Level 2+), with the ability to translate between English and Spanish.

• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary to conduct senior level drafting, editing, review, and presentation of JTF-N all source-intelligence products on TCOs and their activities.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Palantir, TAC, Mobile Awareness GEOINT Environment (MAGE), and i2 Analyst’s Notebook.
• At least 5 years’ demonstrated experience in All Source Intelligence Analysis for DoD.
