Supporting the Crew Lead and Electrician on the successful servicing and Maintenance of Tesla’s solar products.

Attending weekly team meetings and mandatory training sessions on new products, best service practices, and standard workmanship guidelines.

Following building standards and codes when installing and servicing panels and support structures.

Assisting with routine maintenance on energy systems.

Oversee risk management and ensure compliance

Works closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Management Team on strategic vision and planning

Help manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability

Deep Knowledge of solar module manufacturing equipment and processes

Ensure tasks are performed according to organizational requirements for quality management and environmental, health and safety standards, policies and procedures

Help in all areas of preventative and corrective maintenance as directed by manager with minimal supervision

Experience with all types of Solar Equipment (Enphase, Solaredge, Sunpower and ETC )

Experience in Electrical troubleshooting (Power outage, shorts, faults, and ETC )

Ability to understand or have experience in Electrical Panels including Sub Panels (MBD derate, conduit bending, relocating circuits, etc.)

Ability to understand or have experience in Monitoring equipment (Cat5, Zigbee, Router, Range Extender and ETC )

Provide energy storage subject matter expertise to origination, development, project management, construction, commissioning, and operations groups.

Knowledge and experience in supporting project delivery from commissioning to commercial operations.

Understanding of performance and talent management principles and best practices.

Knowledge of project financing and independent engineer requirements.

Familiarity with electrical standards (UL/IEEE), National Electrical Code, NFPA requirements, and U.S. utility interconnection standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Master's degree and Professional Engineering Certification preferred.

Solid knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Effective communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Certification from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP).

Experience with solar monitoring systems and data analysis.

Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations related to solar installations.

Proven experience in the solar loan industry and strong understanding of capital providers' underwriting process (paperwork, agreements and terms of services).

Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential capital partners, including banks, credit unions, and funds.

BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical / Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred)

May also oversee craft personnel on a direct hire project under the direct supervision of discipline superintendent

Interested in and have 2-3 years management experience in renewable energy and energy markets.

Enforce consistent, high-quality deliverables to our asset management software platform from subcontractors and internal staff.

Identify opportunities to improve asset health through inventory, sustainability, and partner management.

Flexibility through proper time management to support the team or specific members with high-priority items not exclusive to the defined portfolio.

Practices excellent time management with a strong ability to multitask.

Plan, manage and review all maintenance activities for our C&I solar assets.

5+ years of Project Management experience

Track and report to both management and customers on the progress of pending work, work in progress, and completed work

Internal team management and collaboration

Manage all warranty claims made against Borrego EPC

Manage all subcontractors which are assigned to their projects
