One (1) year experience in an acute care facility or specialty highly preferred.

Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) certification preferred.

One (1) year experience in a health related field or social service agency preferred.

Plans and coordinates functions and activities related to meeting the psychological, social and nursing needs of patients and their families.
