Social Worker Associate Float 40 Hours Jobs in California

Management experience working with the unhoused population is preferred.

Evaluate skill development of training therapists.

Attend weekly Leadership meetings with CEO, Clinical Director and Administrative Manager.

Minimum of three years post-licensure experience.

Strong background in clinical interviewing and diagnostic skills.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred

SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE -

Performs all or a substantial combination of the following duties

Checks fluid level in braking systems and power steering reservIors.

Checks oil and water levels tire pressure anti-freeze and advises customer on finding suggesting additional service or accessories as appropriate.

Rotates repairs and replaces tube and tubeless tires.

Inspects front end of vehicles for proper alignment and worn ball joints and advises customer. Installs trailer hitches.

Previous experience in Customer Service

Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience

Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills

Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators

High School or equivalent diploma
