Forklift / Pallet Rider / Manual Pallet Jack experience helpful

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, use of calculator helpful

Load and unload shipments safely and move product to assigned locations or containers.

Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.

Efficiently pick store orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.

Place boxes on pallet or conveyor belt

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Excellent organization and time-management skills

Ensure the department manager is apprised of issues or concerns.

Manage and process all incoming client repairs within given lead time.

Work closely with quality manager to communicate incoming quality issues or possible customer exchanges.

Minimum education required: High School Diploma or GED

Shipping and receiving experience preferred but not required.

Accurately identify and select correct product in accordance with parts list.

Get orders ready for shipment.

Inspect shipment to verify conformance to parts list.

Detect and notify supervisor of faulty operation of equipment and defective product and/or materials.

Maintain clean and orderly work area.

Display thorough knowledge of warehouse processes including production put-away and shipping

Maintain and adhere to all GMP and safety requirements

Position Related Tasks and Responsibilities

Participate in process improvement geared toward resolving and sustaining solutions in areas identified as deficient or inefficient

Other duties as assigned (i.e. backup of for other positions in the department, etc.)

Possess ability to work scheduled shift and overtime, weekends, and/ or flexible hours as needed.

Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, production, or distribution experience

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for work in our distribution area and will be required to drive mobile equipment.

You will be trained on and required to wear fall protection.

High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
