Previous supervisory or management experience good.
Schedules work assuring team is staffed and prepared to handle the workload and maintain SLA’s-OLA’s, monitors team’s delivery, quality, and utilization.
Duties include creating or maintaining operation policies, KPI’s, work schedules, quality assurance, cost analysis, reporting, business continuity planning, testing, and execution.
Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations, work independently with limited supervision.
Understanding of field dispatch and IT concepts is very helpful.
Ideally the candidate is local to one of the primary team locations.

Detailed Job Description The Service Delivery Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of IT services to customers. This includes developing and implementing strategies to meet customer needs, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction. The Service Delivery Project Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on project status. Job Skills Required
