Ensures current and accurate costing, including estimate to completions, regarding capital spend in conjunction with finance

Accountable for the profit, growth, and overall results of the Midsize Construction segment.

Ensure excellence in underwriting process, including production, pricing, quality, and risk selection.

Lead the organization with focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, top talent attraction, engagement, and retention.

Engage with enterprise information management and technology to influence data governance to support data integrity

15+ years’ experience in capital markets - risk, operations or finance background preferred

Ability to drive change management while overseeing multiple complex and resource constrained projects with tight deadlines

Foster employee engagement initiatives amongst the global team – maintaining a significantly above internal/external benchmarks for employee experience

Ability to manage, develop and motivate a high-functioning, diverse global team to deliver results

Undergraduate degree preferred or relevant/comparable professional qualification

Future and Financial planning: management of global expenses, conference dates, and venue selection

Experience: 10-15+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in a strategy or consulting role with a focus on operations

Communication skills: You’re an excellent and structured verbal and written communicator with effective presentation and platform skills

Influence: Must demonstrate a high level of collaboration and strong negotiation skills

Education: Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred

Conference Logistics: Overall event planning including venue, food & beverage, audio/visual, transportation

Influence leaders through collaboration and education on the candidate experience and their critical role in the process.

Manage relationship with Emerald and other applicable third-party organizations including contract negotiation and supplier management for a flexible workforce.

Manage the Employee Referral program and ensure that it is designed from both a global and local lens.
