Job Title
Senior Analyst, Payroll
Overview:
  • The position for, Sr. Professional, Payroll & Benefits Administration is to manage their countries’ payrolls and benefit administration operationally from the beginning of each process and following through to the accurate reporting of the labor costs.

  • Global Payroll is a part of Mastercard’s Global Business Service Center (GBSC) and is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments to our employees globally

Role:
  • Ensure monthly labor reporting is accurate and support the results through the reconciliation process
  • Provide support to HR and employees by researching any inquiries and delivering excellent customer service
  • Coordinate project tasks supporting expansion activities including acquisitions and new countries
  • Manage country portfolio for payroll in any of the following countries: US, Canada, United Kingdom
  • Identify moderately difficult problems that require investigation and analysis, develop solution options and implement the best solution that aligns to our values and objectives
  • Ensure payroll accuracy following all controls
  • Manage the Expatriate payroll and taxes

All About You:
  • Solid communication skills, ability and willingness to exercise initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in groups to complete time-sensitive projects within internal and external deadline
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast paced, deadline focused, changing environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with people at all levels in the organization
  • Experience in payroll finance/accounting/ and/or global mobility and ability to demonstrate success in designing and managing global operational controls
  • Proficient in English, oral and written
  • Strong process management skills
  • Strong analytical/problem solving and planning skills
  • Highly organized, articulate who knows how to develop and maintain excellent working relationships as well as providing strong customer satisfaction results are needed
