Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing or related field

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in forecasting, buying or planning experience preferably in a consumer goods industry

Demonstrated experience in managing, developing and coaching direct reports

Experience in integrating Demand and Supply Planning with sales, marketing, production/engineering, and business support functions

Experience conducting S&OP meetings, and responsible for critical processes within monthly cycle.

Detail oriented, strong organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Supply Chain SME for ERP system maintaining key master data for purchase order placement, inventory management, and safety stock

Microsoft Project (or Smartsheet), PowerPoint, Excel skills are essential. SharePoint experience preferred

Assist senior Supply Chain and Finance staff tracking supply chain activities, contract adherence, S&OP, and opportunities for improvement

Experience in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical supply chain planning and logistics of CMO manufacturing

Experience working in cross-functional, global, virtual environments

10+ years’ experience in supply chain management, preferably in Asian food industry

Ability to efficiently perform in a fast-paced environment and handle and manage multiple workloads, priorities and deadlines

Experience with using supply planning software, both operationally and understanding the concepts behind the tool
