Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management

Prior experience in a quality management system within a manufacturing environment. Preferably ISO9001 and ISO13485

Ensures all sites meet quality management standards of ISO9001 and ISO13485. Manage site audits.

Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate organizational, prioritization, and time management proficiencies.

Prior experience in support internal and external audits

Knowledge of robotic liquid handling or comparable complex scientific lab equipment

Interact with plant and QA management for communication of any and all problems

2+ years’ experience working in food quality, lab, manufacturing, production, or related environment.

Perform review and approval of master production batch records.

Complete the Post install Quality Control Scorecard and submit it to the Installation Manager weekly.

Facilitate training under the guidance of the Installation Manager to address opportunities, prevent further recalls and minimize customer concerns.

Handle customer concerns in a proactive and timely manner resulting in a positive experience for the customer.

Develop quarterly training schedule in collaboration with the Installation Manager.

Installation Recalls and Zero Calls:

Monitors all HACCP requirements and regulations from raw material receiving through the raw room

Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field, OR experience in the quality assurance field

Some food industry knowledge: meat industry is a plus

Monitors quality control of raw materials and oversee the activities in the raw room and storage areas related to quality assurance

Conduct investigations for customer complaints and report findings

Work on special projects as assigned

1-3 years prior production/manufacturing experience or 2+ years relevant lab technician experience.

Drive selection of sterilization modality, validation approaches and validation of the sterilization process for new products, and the sites for execution.

Experience in in the areas of Clinical Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Management, External Manufacturing Oversight, or Cell Therapy a plus!

Report quality system and supplier performance metrics to Quality Management Review.

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience including pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry and Quality Assurance experience.

Excellent understanding of GxP requirements with focus on FDA and EMA

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Generate and maintain Quality Assurance procedures and programs, ensuring alignment with FDA and EMA regulatory expectations.

Ability to make decisions and enforce the GPT Quality Management System at all times

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Conduct quality inspections on products and raw materials to ensure compliance with regulations and customer specifications

Spot checks in accordance with written procedures

Inspect quality of work which may include counting, identification, and comparing product against engineering drawings and specifications

Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum Experience: Two years’ experience in health care preferred. Experience with Electronic Health Record and AK AIMS preferred.
