As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our Quality Assurance Manager and Production team to monitor, test, and document product performance. You will also be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting issues in the production process and developing solutions to improve product quality.

Responsibilities

• Other duties may be assigned within the Quality Assurance and other departments as deemed necessary
• Conduct quality inspections on products and raw materials to ensure compliance with regulations and customer specifications
• Inspect quality of work which may include counting, identification, and comparing product against engineering drawings and specifications
• Involved in all realms of recordkeeping and quality assurance operations
• Collaborate with Production team to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Spot checks in accordance with written procedures

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make decisions and enforce the GPT Quality Management System at all times
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects in products and materials
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
