3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or purchasing

Provide updates on schedules, and project next steps on the S2P system and ensure the vendor is performing duties as identified.

2+ years management experience, including people management

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field

Strong understanding of procurement best practices and industry trends in highly regulated environments, specifically therapeutics or clinical supply chain management

Understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes (Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Lifecycle Management)

Using market knowledge to mitigate supply chain risks; proactively seek information to predict, understand, and analyze risks and develop appropriate strategies

8+ years experience in Supply Chain or Procurement in Biotechnology companies; 6+ years experience with Master’s

· Management of business process and optimization

· Budget management for categories under management – and for procurement itself

· Bachelor degree in supply chain, Business Management

· Hands on experience of the full cycle of Procurement.

· Manage contract negotiations and manage pre and post awards activities

· Working with other parts of the business (finance, supply chain, engineering, etc.)

Consults with Risk Management to establish insurance requirements for projects.

Experience leading teams in a matrix management environment.

Certification as a Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) is highly desirable.

Performs contract portfolio management, strategic procurement planning, solicitation and evaluation of bids and proposals using automated procurement systems.

Assists clients with resolving contract management issues.

Bonfire Interactive or similar bid management systems, DocuSign.

Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing, contracting, and supply chain management process and operations.

Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.

Four (4) years of experience in purchasing, contracting and supply chain management for public-sector, preferably health or human services programs

Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.

Clear understanding of product management and market placement.

Collaborate with project managers and procurement officials to determine procurement tasks and priorities.

Masters in business administration or equivalent and 5 years of Purchasing experience, or 10 years of experience in Purchasing Management.

Strong computer skills, including advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and other data manipulation tools.

Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience with multiple ERP systems.

Sourcing Strategy - Create, recommend, and implement category strategies that mitigate risks in quality, supply, and price.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration or equivalent.

Build market intelligence capabilities within each Direct and Indirect categories, suppliers to support restaurant growth

Undergraduate in Economics, Business, Finance or similar

8+ years of experience in related multi-industry / multi-cultural fields

Highly skilled in business strategy, pricing strategy, contracting, market structures and business driven sustainability implementations

Preferrable skilled in value chain analysis, quantitative analysis, forecasting, scenario analysis, regression analysis
