Manage the department's day to day workflow, scheduling, record keeping, etc.
Initiate and manage notification and escalation processes
Participate in projects in numerous capacity such as requirements gathering, documentation, creating training material
2 or more years of related administrative support experience, some collage preferred
Maintain a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications including, Word, Excel, and Outlook and SharePoint
