Senior People Scientist Jobs in Virginia

Supports project-based initiatives including organizational effectiveness, change management and other key P&C priorities

Contributes on effective position management and headcount cost tracking efforts

Manages timely delivery of day-to-day People & Capability activities by working with key stakeholders across the business

Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives exercising sound judgment, solutions orientation and flexibility

Strong critical thinking skills and data driven approach to solving problems

Experience with Workday system a plus
