Senior Payments Risk Operations Specialist Jobs in Arkansas

Experience in a financial operations, payment operations or treasury operations role; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Experience working in merchant acquiring or credit card services.

Proven ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and deadlines; i.e. scheduling, communication, escalation and risk analysis

Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3+ years of related work experience

Provide support in real time to teammates who may benefit from the insight, tools and expertise of the Risk Operations Team

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferred 1-2 years experience in risk operations, fraud prevention and/or policy enforcement.

Tech-savvy, excellent typing skills and adaptable in navigating online tools and systems.

Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within payments and marketplace risk management

Functional knowledge through four or more years of formal education (e.g., university or college degree) or equivalent work experience

Experience with customer management systems

Support the delivery of ongoing reporting on key indicators including loss trends, model effectiveness, operational efficiency and staffing requirements

Strong investigative ability, internet research, organizational, and analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
