Partner cross-functionally to determine impact of strategic initiatives and how it impacts Instacart’s growth trajectory

Prepare insightful analytics for cross functional leadership team; identify areas of opportunity to help develop Instacart’s strategic direction

Support long range strategic planning and scenario modeling

Conceptualize and implement additional ways to forecast growth

Assist in new business proposals providing input and cost volumes to management.

Prepare written and verbal reports to management regarding cost schedule variances.

Significant interface with the Program Managers, Contracts, FP&A, and other support organizations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with 8+ years related experience.

Working knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts.

Analytical, excellent communication, and presentation skills are needed as well as being able to operate independently.

Provide management with complete visibility of scope, timeline, requirements, benefits and return on investment for each project.

Advanced Knowledge of Business Systems - Salesforce.com (certification a plus), contract management, CPQ/Quoting, system error bug triage

Professional Business Analyst experience, or focus in project/program management.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.

Partner with enablement teams and field to ensure proper training and change management for all program activities.

Manage partnerships with internal partners and vendors on projects.

Manage and execute special projects while maintaining day to day operations to ensure the team is achieving commitments

Experience leading cross functional, simultaneous projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience with software platforms such as Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Netsuite, Coupa, Navan, etc.
