2-4 year s of work within an agency or business service environment in a Financial Operations, Client Finance or Accounting

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field

Experience with Netsuite (or a similar commercial ERP required)

Experience with Adaptive Insights (or similar planning tools) considered a plus

Outstanding time management skills and attention to details

2-3 years previous accounting experience required

Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and current accounting principles

Ability to manage multiple tasks, while effectively focusing on priority issues

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to communicate well with both internal and external audiences using excellent interpersonal skills

Relevant industry experience (e.g. investment banking, private equity, equity research, or strategic finance)

3-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis roles (corporate or business-facing)

Strong verbal and written communication skills, logical reasoning, and the presentation of potential solutions

Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and interest in developing sophisticated querying / modeling skills

Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion

Experience working in the tech industry

BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or other course of study

Experience defining analytical/research projects, analyzing data, modeling, and generating practical insights and recommendations.

Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once.

Understanding and knowledge of real estate fundamentals and terminology

Support sales throughout the end-to-end sales process for complex transactions to ensure deals are in alignment with Company objectives

Gather, evaluate, and summarize market data (i.e. rents, vacancies, absorption, etc.) to inform real estate and sales decisions

Provide other managers and departments with information required by them to carry out their assigned responsibilities.

Support Manager of Digital Products & Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility, including

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, preferred.

3+ years of experience with invoicing, accounting processes and the accounts receivable cycle.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; including pivot tables and analyzing large data sets.

Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as, strong analytical and organizational skills.

Provide support for the preparation of Ally Senior Management and Board of Directors presentations

Develop, update, and refine management reports and tools to support the business and contribute to profitable growth

3+ years in Financial services (Banking, Wealth Management, etc) required

Assist with the completion of various regulatory reports and other regulatory/SEC reporting requirements, including stress tests and other ad-hoc reporting requirements

3+ years of previous work experience in data and financial analysis is required

Proficient knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, and visuals (VBA, Power Pivot) required

Strong finance and accounting background

BS in Finance or Accounting

Identify business risks and opportunities and recommend a corrective course of action.

Provide information to facilitate decision-making around brand planning, investment allocations, and Return on Investment Analytics.

Financial Reporting Systems (preferably Hyperion)

Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting

Requires 2+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or audit role

Manage artist merchandise invoicing process: work with product managers to gather necessary information, reconcile and track data

Manage the master list of financial coding for merchandise business. Assist shared services with invoices coding.

Manage vendor spend tracking, assist in vendor spend budget and forecast (Opex and Capex)
