Senior National Human Resource Manager Jobs

7+ years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Work closely with senior management to identify and address HR issues and challenges.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management issues, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.

Manage the compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with best practices and legal requirements.

• Support the ongoing development of resource management process, systems, reports, analytics by defining specific functional requirements

• Good Project management soft skills (such as negotiation, leadership)

Position Title: Senior Resource Manager

• Experience in resource forecasting, and or business operations is highly desired

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical business, drugs/vaccine development process

• Strong computer skills and analysis/analytical skills

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High proficiency in the use of Microsoft business products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) including excellent data management and manipulation capabilities, preferred

Proficiency with PeopleSoft and OneStream, or experience with similar corporate management software, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Manages and supports the monthly/annual scheduling process for the designated region

Collaborate with internal teams including legal, finance, marketing, account management, and more

Ability to start with the desired end-result, goal or objective as communicated by executive management and take action to accomplish

$1500 annual stipend for undergraduate/graduate college courses; $500 annual stipend for continuing education courses/certifications

Investigate new supplier entrants to market, understanding the multi-business unit supplier and how they will leverage their capabilities

7+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in strategic sourcing and negotiating a variety of contracts in the human resource categories

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

In lieu of degree 2 - 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role.

Some knowledge of Google or Microsoft Office products a plus

Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form relationships with employees at all levels

Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with presenting information

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Provide administrative support to assigned function

Ability to influence new ideas and strong project management skills to hold team members accountable and keep projects on track

An experienced HR professional with sound technical skills and appropriate industry experience.

Preferred experience working in a cross functional matrix with experience effectively partnering with leaders with strong influencing skills.

Ability to make effective presentations on controversial or complex topics to employee groups and/or management at all levels of the company.

A minimum of 8 years’ experience in professional-level Human Resources.

Generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations and training.
