4-7 years of work experience in a product management role

Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving

Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Dispatch Pro experience across multiple customer segments

Engage closely with our customers and end-users to understand their current processes and needs, and translate those into product capabilities

Experience in scaling automation products is a huge plus

Direct experience with scheduling, dispatching, or capacity planning in the trades or similar industries is a plus

Detail oriented, organizational, prioritization and time management skills; experience building daily/weekly structure in schedules 

Minimum one year of management or supervisory experience; call center or dispatch experience preferred 

Takes a proactive role in bringing about change, applying new ways to develop the business through improved management of people and processes 

Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including daily administrative duties such as timecard administration and payroll, as required

Manage escalated customer issues and work directly with customers to bring about resolution in a timely and efficient manner

Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required

Serves as the primary manager on duty for Move Team Operations and oversight of operational planning and execution

Responsible for end of day reports, collateral duties and projects beyond the scope of daily job responsibilities

High School Diploma/GED or education equivalent

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

3-5 years’ experience of airport operations experience

Basic experience in aircraft movement or previous ramp experience

Masters in environmental, biological, physical, or chemical science, business administration, aviation management, planning or a closely related field

Required Education, Training and Experience:

Trains and supervises the Aircraft Noise team; provides strategic direction, manages program development and implementation.

Equivalent combination of training and experience.

AAAE, CM or ACI certification

Agility: Readily adapts behavior and work methods in response to new information, changing conditions or unexpected obstacles.

Knowledge of claims management procedures

Good working knowledge of the vocational processes as specified

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Establishes relationships with client vendor partners to ensure vendor compliance and quality.

Monitors ongoing action items logs and project plans with assigned vendor partners for continuous quality performance and outcomes.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Managing and overseeing our team of reservation specialists.

Communicating effectively with our C-Suite level clientele, whether it be over the phone or through Email.

Understanding of airline operations, understanding of air traffic control and traffic flow management, understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations/ICAO Requirements

Previous experience in performing the duties and responsibilities defined within the Senior Manager of Dispatch job description.

Responsible for the direct supervision of persons exercising Operational Control including Dispatchers, Duty Managers and Mission Planners.

Responsible for working with the Manager/Director of Training to prepare and maintain the Dispatcher Training Program

ETOPS dispatching experience strongly preferred.
