We are looking for a motivated Corporate Dispatch Manager that has the capacity and capability to work with a unified team of professionals in servicing upper echelon level clientele, as well as, being able to perform exceptionally in a rapid-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing our team of reservation specialists.
• Communicating effectively with our C-Suite level clientele, whether it be over the phone or through Email.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism in every interaction.
• Understanding different time-zones on a global scale when scheduling for our international clientele.
• Ensuring our high-profile clientele receive a smooth and seam-less experience every single time.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment.
• Corporate professional able to do business with high-profile/high net worth C-Suite level executives all over the globe.
• Minimum 2 years college educated.
• Highly self-motivated
• 5+ Years of success in a comparable managerial position.
• Must have a sense of pride in their own work and leadership abilities
• Willing to travel for certain corporate dispatching events/conferences.
