Gameday Your Way is a growing events hospitality business that specializes in delivering fun & engaging events for our customers before football games at Notre Dame, Northwestern, University of Wisconsin, Indiana University and Soldier Field. We are seeking a highly motivated Dispatch Manager who is eager to help improve our efficiencies. You will be responsible for notifying clients and teams of the status of their transportation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure drivers are departing on time.
  • Provide clients with updates on the status of their trip.
  • Proactively identify issues of service.
  • Collect contact info from drivers before driving picking up guests
  • Record departure and arrive times
  • Monitor real-time GPA tracking and communication
