5-7 years of progressive experience in a Learning and Development organization

Experience with instructional design and learning curation

Experience in managing Learning vendors a plus

Craft bespoke learning materials, including instructor lead courses, facilitator guides, learning experiences on the platform, light video content

Partner internally to innovate on how the professional services Slack offers can further drive customers’ adoption and maturity of Slack

Continuously improve our learning programs and develop new offerings

Learning Consultant: 2+ years of experience designing and delivering learning for corporate or customer audiences

Senior Learning Consultant: 4+ years of experience designing and delivering learning for corporate or customer audiences

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both customers and internal partners

Experience with content management, such as Content Versioning, Content Reusability, Central Repositories, File Uploading, etc.

3+ years of Learning Management System (LMS), LMS administration, instructional design, and training curriculum development experience

Serve as back up for the administration of the Learning Management System

Seek opportunities to increase internal/external customer satisfaction for the use of the Learning Management Systems

Evaluate training offerings using metrics driven methods

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, or related-field preferred

Education, Skills & Experience Requirements

At least three years of experience in education, training, and development.

Plans and implements a comprehensive evaluation process designed to monitor and adjust educational programming and outcomes reporting.

Bachelors degree in Education, Human Services, Social Services, or related field.

Masters degree with an emphasis in Education or Organizational Development is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a diverse audience and all levels of leadership.

3+ years of professional instructional design and learning strategy experience, e.g., coursework in experiential leadership, management, functional and performance skills.

Proficient in Learning Management Systems administration

Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization

Provide direction and leadership in concept development; analyze needs, tasks, learning environment and develop learning objectives and requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Education, Communications, or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience facilitating meetings, adult learning sessions and communicating research findings to non-technical audiences.

Supporting workforce program partners to understand, capture and report data on and successfully meet DOL requirements and performance goals

At least eight years of experience partnering with workforce agencies to develop and improve programs and improve outcomes for workers

Extensive substantive knowledge of evidence-based approaches for improving workforce practices, programs, and interventions

Ph.D. or master’s degree in relevant field. We will consider candidates without an advanced degree who demonstrate substantial relevant experience.

Substantive expertise in WIOA program implementation and requirements, workforce partnership development, employer engagement, employment and training initiatives, and/or workforce performance measurement.

Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in organizational development, behavioral sciences, human resources, business management or education.

Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.

Master’s degree with emphasis in organizational development, behavioral sciences, human resources, business management or education.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Education, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Partners with Strategic People Partners (SPP)’s to maximize effectiveness of learning systems and processes ensuring an ideal end-user experience.

Assess, design, develop, and implement best practices that support adult learning audiences with varying needs and abilities.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Consulting skills and ability to support performance improvement.

Experience in working with LMSs, Learning Content Management Systems development and distribution, or learning technology evaluation

Experience with needs assessment, requirements development and analysis

Experience with Shareable Content Object Reference Model and Section 508 requirement

Experience as an instructional designer, educator, or learning consultant in a professional work environment

Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with learning systems or Master's degree and 2+ years of experience with learning systems
