Senior Labor And Employment Counsel Jobs in Colorado

Working closely with attorneys in other practice groups across the firm to manage incoming client questions related to U.S. immigration

1-3 years of experience with PERM applications, I-140 petitions, I-485 applications, and O-1, H-1B, L-1B/A, TN, and E visas

Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills are required

Demonstrated ability/experience in delegating to paralegals, legal assistants, junior attorneys

Hands-on, quality work on all types of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including PERM, O-1, EB-1 extraordinary ability and outstanding researcher preparation

Managing your own caseload of clients and projects

Draft legal documents including offer letters, retention agreements, and release agreements, reviewing and developing employee policies and handbooks.

Manage employment law matters and partner with stakeholders across the Americas, with a particular focus on Costa Rica, Canada, and Mexico.

Experience providing the highest quality legal advice while managing regulatory and reputational risk and business needs.

Proven experience effectively managing complex employment-related litigation matters and disputes to resolution.

Previous experience with agile working methodologies is also desirable.

Provide guidance on legal and compliance trends affecting the workplace.
