Bridge Innovate is a team of business innovation consultants, analysts, and strategists who help business leaders innovate solutions, build leadership capability and accelerate impact for growth.

We are growing our contract consulting team to assist with specific projects at our Rossville headquarters near Chattanooga, TN.

Here are a few examples of your responsibilities:

• Proactively network within the industry and market to bring new client opportunities and associated revenue to both.
• Engage with digital applications to mobilize a full range of consulting and delivery capabilities.
• Team with other consultants to ensure the client's experience at Bridge is transformative and delivers value across the portfolio of consulting, innovation studio, and professional development services.
• Engage with clients, analyze challenges, and design innovation and leadership projects to accelerate impact and growth.
• Facilitate and manage strategy design, innovation sprints, and leadership engagements to produce deliverables.

This is a contract position aligned to specific projects. Roles may include engagement project manager, facilitator, consulting leader, etc. Projects may last 3 months to 9 months and work may be 1-2 days per week.
