The Senior Human Resources Specialist is responsible for:

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to human resources
• Managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance and advice to management and staff
• Assisting with recruitment, training, and development activities
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners
• Assisting with the development of performance management systems
• Providing guidance and advice to management and staff on human resources matters
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement
• Participating in special projects and initiatives
