7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience

OR Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field AND 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.

3+ years of people management experience.

6+ years of solution or services sales experience.

Knowledge of Azure AI services portfolio or equivalent, and additional open-source technology (eg. PyTorch, MLFlow etc.).

Managing, leading, coaching, training, evaluating, performance management and other people leader responsibilities.

Experience in higher education preferred.

Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ability to develop compelling written communications (memos/emails) and presentations (slide decks).

PMP, CAPM, or Scrum/Agile certification is nice to have

8+ years of professional experience

Experience with bioinformatics/genomics database, biological datasets, Pharma R&D is a plus.

5-12 years of experience building large scale, ML/AI models

Experience re-incorporating feedback in your models

Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. at scale

Experience with Large Language Models and tools a plus

Model visualization, explanation and tracking
