Intermediate to Expert level Excel/Google Workspace skills, and experience with various apps including Slack, BambooHR, CultureAmp, Lattice, ERI, Notion, Asana

Partner with the Chief People Officer to design and operationalize the People team and headcount-related budgets and manage the budgeting process

Responsible for legal compliance with applicable human resource federal and state requirements in all US jurisdictions in which we operate

Strong organizational skills, time management and ability to multitask.

Experience building Reports and Dashboards that informs sales reps, sales management, and Executive Leadership current performance and future projections.

Exceptional project management skills – mapping out plans, milestones and working with cross functional stakeholders to deliver against this.
