Senior Digital Category Manager Jobs

Hand on experience in Supply Chain management.

Implementing and managing supplier performance management processes with strategic suppliers.

Category experience is a must and will travel and go into the office 3 days a week.

5+ years CPG category management experience

Own the supplier performance management of their respective commodities, which includes key delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics.

Collaborate internally, negotiate the right tradeoffs, solicit cooperation and resolve problems, and advance new supplier or product offerings.

Manage and lead the operations effort of developing new and adaptations of existing technologies for Anduril.

10+ years of experience in sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and/or supply chain.

Previous experience collaborating with outsourced manufacturing partners.

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Experience as a product manager or owner

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

2-3 years of experience in sales or category management within the retail consumer packaged goods.

Demonstrated success in category management or sales, including experience leading customer presentations

Good communication skills (both verbal and written); presentation experience preferred

Experience in the fresh-cut industry preferred.

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Travel to customer meetings, as needed and as requested.

Develop and maintain best-in-class cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners through understanding interdependencies, proactive communication, and project management

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in an analytical and strategic data-driven role. Experience in CPG and/or Retail is a plus

Advanced experience with syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen) is a necessity

Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Mastery of Microsoft Office Business Suite (PowerPoint/Excel) and Google Suite

Passion to work with data and the ability to synthesize complex data from various sources

10+ years of experience in merchandising, category management strategy, business development, and/or marketing; high-growth operations and startup experience is strongly preferred

5+ years experience managing, training and developing people

Strong data and analytical skills that drive decisions and move the business forward

Familiarity with solar equipment (PV Modules, BESS, and Inverters)

Working knowledge of syndicated data via IRI and/or Nielsen required. Will work with several data sources in the role

Minimum of 7+ years' experience in ecommerce buying and general management roles

Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, product, technology, supply chain, and customer service to deliver financial targets and customer experience

Manage the personal care brand managers

Collaborate with other general managers to identify opportunities to increase effectiveness of the portfolio through analytics, playbooks, processes and other areas.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of work and experience; MBA preferred.

Demonstrated understanding of ecommerce financials and the ability to manage profitability

7+ years experience in category management, digital marketing / sales

Previous experience in vendor management, contract negotiations and service agreements.

Presentation skills and Relationship Management

Manage vendor/supplier relationships, add items to assortment, negotiate competitive terms and services that will accelerate

4+ years experience in eCommerce

Experience building assortment in the health care space.
