What is Senior Desktop Support Specialist Skill Requirements?
• Knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to provide end-user support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
What is Senior Desktop Support Specialist Qualifications?
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in desktop support
• A+ certification or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification or equivalent experience
What is Senior Desktop Support Specialist Knowledge?
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of mobile device management
What is Senior Desktop Support Specialist Experience?
• Experience with remote desktop support
• Experience with enterprise-level help desk systems
• Experience with system and network administration
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
