Seek out customer and data driven insight and parlay those into a clear plan, product prioritization framework, and execution roadmap.

Deliver high-quality payments products while improving the reliability of Bolt’s existing payments platform.

5+ years of experience in business strategy, process improvement, business analysis, program management, and/or consulting

Problem-solve and offer ideas to solve business issues

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication, organizational skills (must be very detail-oriented), and professionalism

Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.

Create and present strategic plans.

Efficiently enter client leads into the system for further processing and management.

Prior experience in the merchant processing industry is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 10+ years of prior experience in consulting or business roles.

• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.

Has strong experience developing business cases
