Senior level bank leadership experience highly desired.

Familiarity with SQL, SSRS, bank core systems, and online banking platforms. Bonus: experience with CSI/NuPoint and/or Q2 banking software.

Excellent data entry and typing skills required

Previous experience as a bank teller, customer service representative, fraud analyst, risk analyst, branch assistant manager, or bank operations specialist preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and reading comprehension skills

Ability to work independently within the scope of responsibilities for the position and complete assignments in a timely manner.

Location: 100% REMOTE working Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST

Efficiently move applications through the review process in order to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Previous experience with ACH and other transaction processing

Assist with FIS Bill Pay:

Communicate with front office requestors if any questions or problems arise

2. 6+ years of experience in corporate banking operations with 3+ years in a management role

Bank Operations Manager - Supply Chain Finance

7. Develop management reporting routines to keep leadership apprised of the progress, risk and issues

7. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities and effectively work under pressure

3. Experience in Traditional Trade, Supply Chain Financing, such as Receivables Financing and Buyer Led Supplier Financing

9. Must have MS Office tools skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent time management, attention to detail and follow-up skills

Responsible for coordination and management of the bank accounts, systems, and regulatory reports onboarding procedures

Provide Management and oversight of the monthly member meetings

Work closely with senior management to develop the reporting processes, controls, and systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools

The technical skills and experience you'll need to be proficient are:

Strong project management skills, including time management and clear communication

Knowledge of and/or work experience in school food preferred

Could Manage the Operation’s Specialist and oversees goals of this focus area to ensure they deliver on the organization’s targeted outcomes

Ensure CAF initiatives are managed at the highest level and represent the organization’s commitment to quality, result-driven programming

Experience in program planning and development preferred

2+ years’ experience in client service or operations with brokerage/financial industry preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Engaging communication and interpersonal skills.

Intermediate level of knowledge regarding regulatory, audit and compliance policies regarding the securities industry.

Intermediate technical skills, with the ability to use multiple applications simultaneously and efficiently, including Windows, internet research, database systems, and email.

Due to nature of risk with responsibilities, attention to detail and accuracy are required.

Deliver detailed responses to questions, offering alternatives and ensuring an excellent client experience

1-3 years of client service and/or operations experience

Knowledge of banking regulations and policies

Provide functional support for lending operations and servicing processes. Activities include but are not limited to:

Complete all aspects of loan processing with the exception of underwriting

Handle inbound and outbound servicing phone calls with clients and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs)

Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required

Identify process improvements leveraging experience and knowledge from other areas and collaborate on implementation

Ability to be proactive and ask questions, offer solutions, retain information and apply knowledge to a variety of engagements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Moderate knowledge of the banking industry and bank operations, including best practices

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate informal leadership skills
