Detailed Job Description Secondary Special Education Teachers are responsible for providing instruction to students with disabilities in grades 6-12. They create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the needs of their students, and collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure that students receive the best possible education. They also assess student progress, provide feedback to parents and guardians, and develop and implement behavior management plans. Job Skills Required
