Perform foot and/or vehicle or bicycle patrol of facility

Responsibilities may include any or all of the following:

With attention to detail, replenish products in picking racks for pick packers to have product readily available to fulfill orders.

Detrash cartons of product by opening boxes of product, removing plastic and debris, and safely and neatly discarding cardboard boxes

Organize products to ensure it is ready to be picked for order completion

Over label and rework product as necessary following a specific process

Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping at all times

10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in professional or collegiate sports organization

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report preparation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.

Manage Vibee Concierge Staff's hours and responsibilities

Manage guest comms (email & Attentive *specialized team member required)

Manage one runner and one support staff that EM will provide

Will report directly to our AR Hospitality Manager

Will assist AR Hospitality Manager in organizing and distributing all rider needs throughout the weekend

Ensure Stage Manager has all required stage rider items

Must be currently enrolled in high school or recent graduate

Must be at least 16 years of age

Must have a 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA and must provide recent report card or transcript

Visually observe Guests’ actions to ensure a safe Guest experience. Report unsafe acts to appropriate management.

Must be able to utilize effective communication, problem solving, conflict management and interpersonal skills

Must have basic computer skills. Proven experience with common office software such as Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.

Must have manual dexterity necessary to complete all job duties

Phone Interview - Review of our basic qualifications as well as your work history and future goals.

DK University - Complete basic officer training with our online training courses, learning the foundational skills needed for security.

Seasonal Summer Coverage: Wednesday - Sunday: 6:00 PM - 10 PM starting April 19th

Seasonal Summer Coverage: Sunday - Saturday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM starting April 29th

Additional Summer Coverage: Monday through Friday 10am to 4:30pm Starting May 29th
