Vibee is a global destination experience company, providing exclusive hotel & ticket packages to the best music festivals, concerts and destinations worldwide.

We connect global travelers & music fans to curated Vibee destination experiences, as well as events from our exclusive partners like Live Nation, Insomniac Events, C3 and more.

THE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Experience Director

  • Actively reviewing Vibee revenue stream
  • Responsible for advancing and coordinating Vibee Guest Registration + Concierge operation/office
  • Vibee gift bag approval and sourcing
  • Maintain financial detail of the above costs
  • Coordinate Ticketing staff and oversee operation of Hotel Will Call
  • Manage Vibee Concierge Staff's hours and responsibilities
  • Manage guest comms (email & Attentive *specialized team member required)

AR Hospitality Manager

  • Secondary POC for all talent teams on the ground
  • Ensure all hospitality needs are met per the advance
  • Responsible for advancing all hospitality rider
  • Manage one runner and one support staff that EM will provide

AR Support

  • Will report directly to our AR Hospitality Manager
  • Must be able to be around talent and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Ensure Stage Manager has all required stage rider items
  • Production Assistant- Assist PM with all on-site needs
  • Responsible for updating all on-site documents with any ROS time changes
  • Ensure PM/tech crew are getting meal breaks when required
  • Will assist AR Hospitality Manager in organizing and distributing all rider needs throughout the weekend

Stage Manager (Performers)

  • Ensure green room is left cleaned and secured at the end of each day
  • Walk talent from green room space to the venue they will be performing in
  • Ensure all performers are on time for their sets
  • Ensure the safety of performers while they are walking around the site
  • Main POC for performers and their handlers
  • Ensure green room has water, snacks, etc by working with our AR Hospitality Coordinator

Stage Manager (Talent)

  • On call to assist with any site ops needs throughout the event weekend
  • Site Ops Manager- Main POC for creative team for any/all site ops related needs
  • Main POC for talent on our HH and Red Tail Stages
  • Ensure all creative pieces are set up safely and securely
  • Liaison between Event Producer, Talent Booker and Talent
  • Basic DJ Tech knowledge required for troubleshooting when necessary
  • Liaison between creative vendor and Event Producer during the load-in process
  • Ensure all talent is on time for each set
  • Liaison between talent and hotel AV provider

HX Support

  • Will report directly to our HX Manager in destination
  • Previous customer service experience is highly recommended
  • Must be tech literate as they will be working on an iPad or laptop in our systems
  • Will assist during box office hours with all guest questions, needs and/or concerns

Staffing/Office Manager

  • Responsible for tracking and submitting local labor hours to Producer for payment
  • Will be responsible for the office set up, radio check-in/out, organizing supplies, etc.
  • Responsible for all communication with local staff including pre-event, during event and post event. Details for these comms will be provided by Producer/EC
  • Will be the main POC for all local on the ground staffing

Hotel Manager

  • Vibee FTE that will manage all hotel contacts and contracts
  • Will keep Producer updated on all payments to ensure every partner is paid on time
  • Will be the main POC in destination for any rooming challenges that need to be worked through

Hotel Coordinator

  • Assist guests with any check-in questions and concerns
  • Ensure all Hotel EDC guest reservation match up with rooming list provided by hotel
  • Ensure all Hotel EDC guest reservation match up with rooming list provided by hotel
  • Main POC between hotel and Event Producer / HX team
  • Review all rooming lists prior to check-in day

Event Runner

  • Must keep track of all spending and have receipts for each transaction
  • Run errands as necessary for event team
  • Must have their own working vehicle

Hiring Salary Range: $16-25.00 an hour
