Reads racing programs to schedule arrival of horses and riders in paddock area

Examines horse’s equipment and rider’s attire to assure compliance with racing specifications

Orders equipment changes to conform to racing rules

Good customer service and public contact skills.

Experience with computer systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Previous experience in program management and delivery within a museum or gallery setting.

Previous experience in athletics is strongly preferred;

Prepares administrative support and coordinates game contests that will include selecting contestants

Assist in the coordination of in-game elements with a focus on fan interactivity during pre-game, stoppages, and intermissions

Act as a positive representative for the organization in and out of the arena during all games and various external events

Supporting the Managers in executing all daily tasks ensuring that all orders are completed on time

Leading the salesfloor in partnership with Managers.

Engaging with customers at the register, offering product information and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador.

Keeping pace with customers, balancing multiple priorities and using good judgment to manage time.

Minimum skills, experience, education and ability required for this job

Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements

Horse and sleigh driving experience required; must have experience working with horses

Feed and water the horses, catch, groom, and transport horses to Haymaker

Harness and hitch horses to sleigh

Maintain skill and knowledge of current health practices

Be a team player and taking on other responsibilities as needed

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in specialty preferred

At least two (2) years of experience in Educator role preferred

BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey

Deliver a personalized service experience that addresses the customer’s personal and practical needs.

1-2 years related experience in Consumer Services/Customer Service, preferably in a call center environment

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate mature judgement in order to properly respond to customer calls

Strong knowledge of computer operating systems and various software

Up to 20 hours per week with expanded hours during the holiday season

Availability to work a flexible schedule of Monday – Friday and weekends based on business need

Deliver NP exam prep content to students preparing for the certification exam

Utilize technology to provide live instruction to support participants preparing for NP certification exam

Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching or presenting at conferences, 5+ years preferred

Experience as a family or psychiatric nurse practitioner preferred
