Previous experience in program management and delivery within a museum or gallery setting.

Presents high-quality education and engagement programming and effectively manages instructional materials.

Effectively executes some administrative responsibilities related to education and engagement programs.

Coordinates and delivers on-site youth engagement and education programs.

Effectively applies organizational and problem-solving skills.

Be familiar with and answer questions related to season-ticket member benefits and events.

Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Strong communication skills to positively communicate and interact with guests and fans.

You will measure performance with specific objectives and metrics and our analysis and decisions are compelled by data.

Maintain knowledge of correct codes and discounts which are applicable to individual events.

Remain knowledgeable on the latest updates and information concerning events and functions to accurately inform patrons and employees.

Demonstrate a high skill level in providing outstanding customer service, cash handling, and working in a multi-task and fast paced environment.

Knowledge of Ticketmaster ticketing system & TM1 helpful.

Possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
