Experience as part of a Creative Studio / Agency, or in-house Creative team

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in design, preferred but not required

Support designers and art directors on final file preparation (We work mostly across AI, PS, and Figma)

Supporting the Managers in executing all daily tasks ensuring that all orders are completed on time

Leading the salesfloor in partnership with Managers.

Engaging with customers at the register, offering product information and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador.

Keeping pace with customers, balancing multiple priorities and using good judgment to manage time.

You are always learning! You are eager to learn how technology and selling work together to provide an exceptional customer experience.

You love checklists. You like to stay busy, balance priorities and utilize your organizational skills.

Eagerness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Team Members receive their schedule up to 3 weeks in advance

Average shifts are 4-8 hours long

Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) device to fulfill orders

Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency

Strong time management and logical thinking skills; must be task-oriented

Experience or education in nutrition, dietetics, community and behavioral health, health education, public health, nursing (or related field) required

Position reports to the Nutrition Education Manager

Instructors will be trained on the curriculum, policies, procedures, and administrative responsibilities

Administer pre-and post-surveys to students and families and manage paperwork

Experience teaching or working with elementary children and their caregivers is strongly preferred

Experience as an Abiomed per diem highly preferred

Clinical certification required; BS in Nursing preferred

Significant experience with Impella® is required (Minimum of 10 cases/patients supported/cared for)

Deliver Impella® training in the ICU, OR, and Cath Lab

Impella® case support, including on call support

Support patient rounds as needed

Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge.
