Collaborate with the credentialing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and other regulatory requirements

Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met during the provider placement process

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, provider relations, or a related role

Basic understanding of clinical provider roles, responsibilities, and healthcare regulations

Minimum Education / Experience requirements

Manages foster program efforts and operations including the recruiting, screening, and training of foster homes.

Assists with tours, lectures, public education programs, fundraising activities and special events as needed.

Assists in evaluation of animals and collaborates with other staff in selection process for adoption, transfer, and euthanasia.

Responsible for knowing which animals are available for placement and the temperaments and personalities of these pets.

Establishes and fosters partnerships with other animal shelters and rescue groups to transfer animals to other facilities to improve adoption opportunities.

Attends case conferences, team meetings and education in-services, as required

One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Must meet all federal, state, local and contract requirements

Assesses and evaluates patient nursing needs regularly

Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required

Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change

Collaborate with educational institutions to gather placement requirements and align student placements accordingly.

Prior experience in clinical placement coordination, healthcare education, or a similar role is highly preferred.

Manage student placements with preceptors:

Facilitate communication and collaboration between preceptors, graduate students, and educational institutions.

Provide guidance and resources to preceptors and graduate students, ensuring a positive and valuable learning experience.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and credentialing processes for all healthcare providers.

Monitor Student Progress and Support Student Success -

Provides clinical expertise and technical assistance to the professional and clerical staff with regard to eligibility requirements and bed availability;

At least five (5) years of clinical and/or supervisory experience.

Annual completion of competency requirements;

Is responsible for the coordination of all hospital admission and accommodation activities;

Review host family application materials, including application, essays, and preferences to become familiar with the HF’s needs and expectations.

Initiate pro-active host family contact as per Placement Coordinator guidelines.

Communicate with Host Families, Community Counselors, and Au Pairs as necessary.

Communicate with London/German staff on placement related matters (including visa delays/ denials).

A comparable amount of training and experience maybe substituted for the minimum qualifications.

Check attendance daily and reports to attendance clerk.

Unified Experience Based Step Pay Scale: U09

Monitor students who have been assigned to in-school suspension.

Explain expected conduct and achievement.

Assign and check student work during suspension periods; review student progress.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, education, or a related field

2+ years of relevant experience in counseling, coaching, staffing, human resources, or workforce development

Salary Range $75,000-$95,000 (To commensurate with experience)

Assist Senior Manager in preparing and delivering informational presentations to students about practicum requirements

Effective administrative experience in a higher education setting.

Disseminate accurate information regarding practicum policies, requirements, deadlines, CIIS and basic BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) procedures.

Assist Senior Manager in maintaining documentation and assessment of potential new sites and/or partnerships.

Assist Senior Manager with required student criminal background check process.

Completion of course work or experience in adult education at a Community College or University level or relevant work experience.

Liaises with the Home’s preceptors to ensure they have the knowledge and resources to support students

Extended work experience in Long Term Care

Good written and oral communication skills

Experience in mentoring students and staff

Previous experience as a preceptor is an asset

Demonstrated knowledge of general nursing theory and practice, management principles and methods, and hospital policies and procedures.

Five (5) years nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a leadership capacity.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
