Placement Coordinator Jobs

MomentMD is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Placement Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Placement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing student placements with preceptors, supporting preceptors and graduate students, and sourcing healthcare providers. Your primary focus will be ensuring seamless and efficient placement processes, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the growth and success of MomentMD's telemedicine platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with licensed healthcare providers to expand MomentMD's network of telemedicine practitioners.
• Keep accurate records of student placements, preceptor information, and healthcare provider profiles.
• Generate reports and analytics related to student placements, preceptor performance, and provider network growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for preceptors and graduate students, addressing their inquiries and providing necessary support.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and records:
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between preceptors, graduate students, and educational institutions.
• Provide guidance and resources to preceptors and graduate students, ensuring a positive and valuable learning experience.
• Manage student placements with preceptors:
• Coordinate the placement process for students enrolled in healthcare programs, ensuring proper assignment of preceptors.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and onboard new healthcare providers.
• Support preceptors and graduate students:
• Source healthcare providers:
• Monitor and track student progress during their clinical placements, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to gather placement requirements and align student placements accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and credentialing processes for all healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, including HIPAA compliance.
• Prior experience in clinical placement coordination, healthcare education, or a similar role is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using technology platforms and software for record keeping, communication, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
